10 m8 sp 153 steering darting bad , loose ?

Dartin M's

Good suggestions and right on, a darting M is just a sled that no one has adjusted, they work better than any of the older cats..........well I guess a well set up low slung firecat might be good or better. I narrowed my ski stance, run the snow pro spindle springs with SLP straight line tracking skiis on my m8, glides on a rutty trail at 60 with hardly any steering feed back. Good enough that when I trade with myXP riding partner I have had some close calls getting tossed off his xp at 40. And his can be good too as I helped a 120 gal set up her xp so it wasn't scarey. Bad steering is just poor adjustment on any of the new sleds.

Im really curious in wondering. WHY WOULD ANYONE BUY A MOUNTIAN SLED AND BE WHINING ABOUT ITS TRAIL HANDLING???!!!!!
For the love of Pete. Its a MOUNTIAN sled. Get used to it!

I'm really curious why you feel your 2c is needed!

The best way to check tow is to lay a 2x4 along your track for a straight edge out to the ski's. Then measure like someone said your skag bolt and tow each side out a 1/8". Make sure that your handle bars are straight and adjust from there.

Hope this helps, no matter what anyone says there is always a bit of a trail ride and why not make the best of it.
