09 D8 SLP stage 4 Kit Tuning

I was told by SLP that on the 09-10 Dragon 800, they reflash the ECU and you do not need to run the Power Commander.
They said the reflash they do is for ALL ELEVATIONS...i find this hard to believe but he explained it as basically consider it as stock and the ECU adjusts for the altitude and temp changes and adjusts fuel delivery accordingly.
Anyone run this SLP stage 4 kit on the 09-10s and have any info regarding this?
I would think that you could further tune on the Dyno with the Power Commander but they say no???
I am at sea level.

no i didnt have the time when pms installed the fix kit snow was melting and i wanted to ride that will probably be next summer project.

I'm running this kit

I was told the same , that slp reflashed the ecu according to your elevation that you ride at. They allso shaved my stock 08 head according to elevation.

The first year I ran it , I put 2gallons c-12 per tank and left the slp's resistor in the egt pipe curcuit.

The second year I installed the fix kit, my compression went from 130's to 150 per side , the piston to head was just ok. ran great ,still left the resistor in,
but no more race fuel just pure 94 only.

This year I checked in side pistons ect, everything looked great.... so I will run no resistor ( which apparently adds extra fuel 5% ) and just to be on the safe side I will run some c-12 with chev 94.

Getting risky this year ...got to keep up with those PRO's

I usally ride from 3000 up trails then play at 5000-6000 '.
