Getting less mileage out of belts lately. 200 miles on last belt.
The last few belts wear on the outside edge and inside (Motor Side) looks good. No String showing on outside edge and if placed on bench the wear angle is more on the outside edge.
I do not have a alignment tool so I did some test a noticed that the secondary always went against the motor side spacers. Took one of the thicker washers out and when running around 5-7K RPM the secondary stays in the middle range between washers on motor side and bolt washer.
I did set the play to .030" by removing washers on bolt.
Should I get a polaris alinement tool or aftermarket?
