Well my friend welcome to the bent nun club.

I just replaced everything and here are the things to look for.

Most likely your nun is junk. My suggestion would be to get a nun for an 07 440x. (Check out jaycox power sports, you can buy doo parts online for a good price)

Next thing to look at is the front motor plate. If it isn't bent I wouldn't worry about it. Also on that front plate is where your lower a-arms attach to. Make sure the weld isn't broken. If it is either replace the front plate (like $38) or weld it together again. Next checks under you’re clutch to make sure you didn't buckle your bulkhead. If you did, you will need to bend this back (not to hard). Also check behind your Can to make sure that side didn't buckle as well.

It isn't to bad to fix, just takes some time to drill out all the rivets. If you plan on keeping this sled I would suggest using stainless steel bolts and stainless steel nyloc nuts to put it back together as it will make the replacement time in the future a lot less and a lot easier.

ok so are you saying to put it back together with stainless instead of rivits or are there some nuts and bolts that rust and the stainless makes that easyer down the road . And for jaycox they are in my back yard im in sioux Falls do you think they will have in stock and how much is it?

It depends on if you are going to keep the sled for awhile.

If you are get stainless steel bolts and stainless steel nyloc nuts. They shouldn't rust and it will make changing out the nun in the future that much easier.

Hardest part about doing this job is drilling out the rivets, some you might have to even grind out.

SS nuts and bolts are kind of spendy but worth it!

Jaycox is really quick about things. I live in MN and usually have my stuff in 2-4 days after my order is in.

BTW I suggest if you are going to order through Jaycox make a list and get everything on one order. That way the shipping will be cheaper. Usually it is like $9 to ship and it doesn't matter what is on the order. But if your order stuff seperate it is $9 for each order.
The nun for an 07 ZX 440 is I believe $286, front motor plate is like #38 and the corner braces for the nun are like $5-9 a pop, and you only need two of them. You don't have to put them in if you don't want to but why not.
