I'm thinking about buying a wrecked m1000. Supposly the bulkhead is bent so possbily nee bulkhead aarms shock. What would this be worth? I'm coming off of an 04 800efi mountaincat, is the m1000 going to be way easier and less tiring to ride? Or should i just look for a m8? I would be putting a light weight front suspension in it right away because it is wrecked already. Can forsure and skis. What would this sled be worth? It has 2200 miles its all stock but has 10 miles on a rebuilt motor.

If you can get it cheap enough I would say yeah do it. As long as you are capable of doing all of the work yourself. A nice low mile M1000 up here is going for around 5500.00 so keep that in mind. If you could get it it for around 2000.00 or hopefully less it would probably pay to fix this one. Check Babbitts for pricing on new parts. They seem to have the best prices so far. You will love the M chassis compared to what you are riding right now. A powerclaw track is a good upgrade to.

By the sounds of it the bulkhead is bent about half inch. He rode it back to town after it happened. He said it might not even need to be fixed. But the aarms would need it right away. It has side vents, slp intake, snow eliminators, and bdx bumper kit. It has a mavirch track too.

There are alot of good deals out there right now on 07 m10's. make sure you do your home work first. I got a great deal on mine. you may be better off just buying a used non wrecked one.
