'07 800R longevity?

My 07 800 has over 3000 miles & still runs strong. Gonna get some RKT goodies here soon

yep, the cases were machined too close to the crank bearings. As BJ said, need to open up the case, and take care of the rest of the issues. That issue was common on the 800R engine.

2007 800r 1010 miles

BOOM took out top and bottom case, piston, crank. Its like a 150lbs paper weight

I look at it this way... These holes make the sled a weigh less, easier to throw around
