Swapping tracks on m8 sno pro

Hello everyone, I have a 2014 m8 snopro 162. Currently the sled has 2.5inch lugs on it. My buddies are rocking the skidoo 850's 165 with 3 inch lugs and I want to swap out to something of that caliber. What track would everyone recommend and would I be able to fit a track with 3inch lugs on my sled stock or do i need to swap out the teeth?

^^ x3. 8T with a dropped case is the best if you can do it, otherwise 8t is very tight but it will work
