I am having a hard time finding the correct clutch puller. Does anyone that has actually used it know the correct one to order. I bought an EPI one that said it worked for the Boost but it does not. the clutch is not threaded the same as the UTV that puller was designed for. I am finding the same one listed as the correct puller online and don't want to order the wrong item. I am not sure if the water trick would work on this clutch or not, I just want to put the new one on. Any help is appreciated.

You have personally used this product to remove a clutch from a Polaris Boost sled and it works?

I must have been sold the wrong one I wish I had taken note of the part number before returning it. I talked to someone else and they thought it seemed odd that it doesn't work too. Hopefully someone has some more information and can confirm the problem is the part or that I had the wrong item.

A quick update. I just ordered one from SLP and they have a different part number for the Boost listed than they do for the Polaris UTV's.

OK for anyone that is watching for answers or stumbles on this later I have an answer. I took it in to Kurt at Fastrax here locally and he showed me how to do it. The puller from EPI does work but does require some extra steps to pull the clutch. The clutch cover needs to be removed first and after removing the cover and spring there is black bushing that you can pull off and that allows the puller to go in further and thread. The bushing is about 1 1/2" and looks like an extension of the clutch but just pops off if you twist and pull.

Is the dalton DCP-t the same design puller as the EPI PCP-24 ?
Do the clutch covers and sleeve need to be removed to use both or just the epi puller.
