We use parchment paper then a layer of tinfoil on the outside. ......Crispy food. Montery Taquito are awesome. The Hot Pot can fit 2 layers of 5. If you flip them right you get crispy trail taquitos

Exactly how I do it for more crispy type food (frozen burritos are nice because you can carry extra in your backpack or tunnel bag)...oven bags for other things (like shrimp scampi).

We started to do fresh foods like Chicken Wings, steak and so one. These are reserved for the muffpots that are close to the Y-pipe and get real hot.
