D&D Can is it interchangeable?

Could a guy take a D&D can off of a m1000 and put it on an m7 with a 900 big bore? Im running a D&D Y-pipe and Fat boy pipe on the m9. What kind of issues will I/could I have. Is the worst thing going to be a fueling issue? A mysterious M series bog? The hp on these machines is close so I figured it would work............

I'd be more concerned with fit/alignment. I thought the M1k pipe has a bend at the end of it that points towards the rear of the sled. I don't know, I don't see why it would be an issue, I mean, why not try it out and see at least? It's 250.00 less you need to spend....

I put a dnd can for a 1000 on my 900kk cut off the the mounting brackets make your own then turn the outflow this will now give you front dump youll love it no more bog

I did some investigating 2day. Found out that the m1000 can has to much back pressure for the M7 motor. My 900 is based off of a 700 bottom end. I would surely end up in a meltdown within sight of the truck if I were to try and do the switch.
