as long as each was with in 10% of the other you will be fine (was the motor warm or cold) they read low on cold and higher when warm. but a little low over all.
the cylinders were really cold it was like 2 hours after i rode it into the garage and i got 120 psi in each cylinder at 3200ft

Just checked my 04 carb today. Have D&D head and 1010. Motor was cold, hadn't been started. Got 138 each cyl.

decompression holes?? What exactly are you talking about there? Did do this so they start easier?
yeah its almost like a decompression lever just makes the motor turn over easier
