04 King Cat track options

I'm going to put a new track under my King Cat. I'm thinking of the Peak 2.5. Would a 16x163x2.5 Peak fit under it? What will I need to do to make it work? I'm also curious as to what tracks you guys are running under your King Cats?

I am running a 162x16x2.5 camo extreme and it is awesome. The 2.5" track will clear if you have stock 8 tooth 3" pitch drivers. If you are looking at a 16" wide and have stock suspension you will need bigger top drivers or something like sledjunky drop brackets.

Camo Extreme 2.5, any length you want. It will feel like you added 15-20 HP! 16" wide x 150 camo!!!!!!! Awesome!!!!!!!!!

PowerClaw

I ran a 159 Camo 16 wide on my Mod 9001M which worked great but I bought a used KingCat last season and installed a 162 PowerClaw, the track is amazing and you not have to modify anything, everyone who has rode and seen my Mod KingCat are impressed MADDOGWFO

I have run the 16" maveric 162, camoplast 2.5 x 162 and recently the 162 power claw. Power claw hands down gets my vote. best in powder and does very well in the spring hard pack but not quite as good as the camoplast but you can still climb everything you point the sled at. Blew my KK up last week so i may have a used power claw 162 for sale soon.

2010 M skid with a 153 on my 975 and it was virtually untouchable. The M skid transfers much better that the pogo stick the king cat comes with. Turns much nicer, lighter and more agile on the trails. If your interested I got the whole set up, track skid, bushings and bolts for the swap out.
