03 900??

Im looking at getting a 03 there is 3 different ones im looking at one hasa144 track fresh rebuild. The others are around 4000mi with 151 tracks my question is will a 144 work for me im 5'9in 210lbs beginner intermediate love powder and playing not an extreme rider any input appreciated thanks.

I'm close to your same size and have had a 151 and 162 900 Cat. I prefer the 151 hands down. I also have a 01 440 SnoPro 144 and its great too. Just about 45 hp less in the same chassis, but lighter. I would go with the 151 and just freshin up the top end. Good Luck!

short vs. long

I ran a 151 in 2003 and in 1 year upgraded the tunnel and track to 162 you will grow into the long track sooner. If you in Colorado you have lots of powder and will use the longer track. If you start with the shorter track im sure you will soon wish you had the longer track. IMOP my 2 cents worth

I bought the 144 guys.it has a fresh rebuild. Slp pipe and can.it has the 16in wide track with 21/2 lugs I put a 3in riser on it and it rips packs the skis almost all day long.love it
