ZRP 1" Offset Spindles

My brother has them on axys. I rode it works great this is his 2nd year running them....no issues easier to roll into the side hill especially when less powder.....

The Center Lines are NOT Common; Even the Stock Spindles Sport ~1/4" Offset; FWIW

........ Don't forget your skis are offset if you run them anything other then centered to your spindle.

Actually they are offset regardless; On both the AXYS spindle and the PRO Ride Spindles, The Pivot Point is NOT centered on the Spindle Saddle, so it is never in line with the Wear Bar / Carbide. It is closest in the centered position, but is still offset about 1/4" outboard of the true pivot point. FWIW

If you (Teth-Air) are the originator of the offset spindle; I would hope you would remember the subtle offsets from when you were drawing yours up. Or maybe you just assumed a common centerline?

When I get around to making my Titanium spindles they will indeed share a common centerline. For both Strength and Ease of Fabrication reasons.

I just put a set on my Assault. Front end is at 38.5" w the zbros dual rate springs. Only a trip to the UP on them, no negative feedback here. We played in the trees and old logging roads all day. Little easier to roll over, and can fit between the tight trees better. Trail manners were the same. Only put on maybe 25-30 miles on trail to get to our spots. I didn't notice anything different with the steering.
I won't be able to give a good deep snow review til next year, our final trip out to Colorado has been scrapped. The Kremmling area was great this year.

How did you get them to fit the Assault?

I asked ZRP twice if they would work on an Assault and the answer was a quick and simple "NO" with no explanation.
Is it that they don't fit or that the steering geometry is different?

I really thought they would be a good way to narrow up an Assault and keep the long travel suspension.
