Zbroz a-arm?

$695 for Kmod with bushings...
$480 for zbroz and an hour of time swapping bushings...
$700+ for Polaris replacements with bushings...

I hear that zbroz will be coming with bushings soon... but i expect the price to increase as well.

+ how ever long it takes to get the ball joints out along with the cost to have them pressed out - not everyone has a press...........

Bushings are easy.

Don't Forget Alternative Impact $515 w/o $545 w/ tie rods these also include rod ends/bushings. If mine bend I will likely go with Kmod and run on the middle setting for starters. I like the idea of not having to press in ball joints/bushings and being able to keep or sell my stockers with joints in them.

Don't over thing the change over, I have change dozens of a arms and swapped out ball joints. A simple vise an impact socket the right size and under 10 minutes you get do both sides.

Hit a hard lump of snow with my ski yesterday and bent a zbros upper. So don't worry about them being too strong. No rock, no tree, and not going that fast. I'm honestly considering going back to the glued Polaris ones at this point.

Anything with an easy replace fail point will be better.
With the axys having such a tall spindle the force multiplier is in effect.
The standard polaris arm (pre 2016) have the upper ball joints in a break away position. However the spindle will shear off the lower arm as it rotates (the upper being the first to go).

The alternative impact arms are really the only option with a break away design.
Lower and upper ball joints replaced on the hill after even a major hit.
Off you go to continue your day. :)

I'd recommend doing as i did and having alt build you a beefed up version of his standard arms. It includes using thicker lower A arm tubing and 3/4" hiem lower ball joints.

The Pro-Ride A-arms will not fit the Axys bulk head UNLESS you modify the mounts to fit the Axys. The spacing between the mounts is narrower on the Axys, but not by much.

There are plenty of people running them, and they have posted what it takes to fit them. AXYS to PRO RMK and PRO RMK to AXYS.

Saying they "Will not fit" is just not true! "They are not a direct bolt on", is far more accurate.

But what would we Expect from a K-mod / Fire and Ice cheerleader.
