Zbros coupler broke my scissor arm

After emailing them that something was wrong, they tell me I probably got one that the main bar is too narrow. Measure it, yup, wrong one. "Keep your parts and we'll send the right bar". Never shows up, won't return emails, take the POS out and notice it cracked both sides of my scissor arm! Still no emails.


What a raging POS product and company!

UPDATE after 5 weeks they sent me a wider bar and DID replace my scissor arm. I give them credit for that.

As much praise as I've have for Z Broz a arms over the last 4 years I gotta say this last week I was less than impressed.
Took a small hit and bent my upper a arm. It was my fault, and I know the stocker Would have been bent.
I have come to expect the Z broz to not do that on my pro.
Well this one did on my Axys.
I called and emailed them on my return trip home.
No answer to either.
Tried calling again the following day, with the same results.
Then waited for New Years weekend.
Called Monday, another email as well. Still nothing.
So today I called about 6 times. Finally got a hold of them.
Explained my situation and how in-impressed I was to not get a response for 8 days.
They cut me a deal on a new upper. It was good to see them attempt to help me out, but still very upsetting to get no response over that span of time.
Still a Quality product for A-Arms. Have always been extremely tough and a good price point in my opinion.
As for the aboved product...... well I have no first hand experience, but I have seen this happen in a few cases when you couple this Polaris skid.

I also have been trying to get in touch with them the last week. No answer on phone or email. I was asking about purchasing arms and possibly springs. Just bought a sled with all exit shocks, one is bent so I need to repair that also.


I don't know what to do about the shock as I'm sure I'm stuck with them for parts but no way will I be purchasing arms or springs when I can't get any service.

Also...Give the boys at Z-broz a call... They are a stand up group of people...I'm sure they will make it right for you.


The holidays, and the following catch-up-flood are difficult for many companies... I've had this with my home heater this past week too.

Seriously, you guys are upset because they didn't respond back over the holiday?? Lots of company I deal with shut down over the holidays for a week or 10 days. That's just how it goes. No need to call them a pos company because they're not on call for ur every need 24/7.
 
I too had some problems with their coupler and they did send out a new one but it was exactly the same. I believe they are good guys but you will be on your own with the damage as small companies just cannot afford to repair your sled when things like this occur.

I am waiting on the next shipment from our machinist of our own couplers now. (should be back in stock Jan 13th) We designed our coupler to eliminate the problems with the Z-bros design. I was hoping Nate would have had time to offer up the improvements with their product and I did tell him how to fix it but I guess they are still working on it. Anyway I know your pain and will give you a deal on our Source Innovation Coupler if you PM me. They have now been redesigned to fit the 155, 163 Axys and the 163 Pro-Ride. Not sure about the 155 Pro-Ride yet.
