2021 Turbo Expert owners---- Check your Primary Clutch!!

They should have! I asked them during delivery if they cleaned and inspected the clutches, and they answered 'yes'. I think that's why they felt the need to send a tech 100 miles to my house to fix the problem.

That's really strange, it's like two different events happened. The clutch bolt backed out and the damper separated from the plate.

Clutch bolt still in, outer sheeve lose, could push it in/out and spinn it.
The metal ring ripped out from the plastic part.
Dealer came and picked it up and fixed it quickly.
