When you're pouring concrete and you have no need to break out the blankets.

When you start thinking about dust control in the middle of winter.

When the sled trailer is loaded up with dirt bikes for the weekend's riding plans.

And lastly, When you're idea of getting some handlebar time or throttle therapy in on a January day consists of this.....

Sad part about it is we have a few feet up on the mountain and all my buddies have to work today.

I just realized I havnt had a winter jacket on since my last ride mid January...

When you have gained 10 pounds because you have been sitting on your butt watching sled videos and drinking beer.

No kidding! I'm usually in pretty good shape this time of year, but this year I'm fat as hell and despondent.

Rode one day back in mid January and they shut down the sled access the next day. The forecast doesn't look promising, so that may be it for the season. It's not unheard of to get big dumps in March and April, but with no base, it may not be enough.

A friend posted this yesterday from when he flew out of town. As you can see, the mountain tops have a dusting. Another friend said that he was grouse hunting the other day and was at 3000 feet and still wasn't to the show line.

Just depressing.
