So is anybody going up again tuesday?? If so i would really like to go I just got back from Mexico and i have a craving for deep snow!!

Wind was blowin and was starting to take its toll on Sunday above the tree line. Just a heads up in case you were lookin for pow up high.
I've ridden dozens of times up there over the last twenty+ years (the folks' homestead is just off Yoder at the bottom of the hill... with a sled garage - why trailer when you can forward-base the beasts?) That powder we just rode over the past couple of weeks is extraordinary - I've only seen it that way a few times. The usual is hard windblown snow... and lots of rocks. Rocks everywhere - or willows. The valley's east side gets more wind on that Bald Mtn corner than the west side gets up at Petersville... generally.
yeh i decided to go out ice fishing to see if i can win the pike derby last year me and a friend would have won if we had known about the derby we had a 49" monster and no ticket 
Did ya really have to mention this place by name on a public thread? Been riding this place for tooooo many years to mention and it amazes me how the internet has ruined many a spot. Food for thought ... pics are nice to post but drop the name!
I'm not quite that close, I live off Sunshine Rd. but its close enough that I can ride from the house.

While thats true this is not the only place to find the name or even directions to the above location. But I have seen a huge increase of people riding here just from last year to this year. I hate to say it but Im pretty sure the cat is already out of the bag.
I go riding there, its a big place, we usually go where no one else has been,

I agree I barely every see anyone back there, if I do its off in the distance. And the people I do meet back there are very respectful of where somebuddy is already playing. Its funny you see one group of people out there than come down to the parking lot and theres 15-20 trucks.
Sounds like a cool place , I'm gonna go check it out and bring my friends !

Ive seen it with fishing spots, hunting spots and riding spots, you share it with one and then before you know it, youve got the friggin amway tree of people showing others "there spot"......... no, I'm not in it to hide my areas either but I'm sure not in it to ride Turny with the weekend crowds either. I dont kiss and tell.

just got back.........the snow that was there the last 2 weekends is all blown away (hardpack). it was a lil windy........the snow that didnt blow away wasnt to hard yet....for how much the wind has hit it!!!! found some decent snow..had to search, but it was blue bird so i guess i cant really complain!!!!

Anyone been lately? Taking the bosses out this weekend and want to take them somewhere good. Hit up sector seven last weekend so trying to decide between the two. Thanks
