Yamaha 4-strokes chippable?

I was wondering if one could chip, say, a 2008 fx nytro mtx?

I chipped my 99 Arctic Cat and it made a difference. I chipped my car and it made a heck of a difference.

Not so far,however you could put Boon Docker box and adjust the fuel map.

You can buy a plug & play fuel programmer & timing adjuster with a hub that ties em together.I would also get a good wide band a/f ratio guage to monitor what your fuel curve is doing to the engine. These are the power commanders

I have Power Commanders and Ignition Modules in stock. This will allow you to adjust the fuel +/- 100 and also allows you to adjust the timing +/- 10 degrees as well. We are testing on a FX Nytro and will continue to test. We will also be in the mountains the beginning of January testing some maps there as well.
