XP tunnel bag mounting hardware, can the aluminum knobs/bolts be purchased seperatly?

Hello All,
Does anyone know if replacement aluminum knobs/bolts can be purchased separately for mounting accessories to the side of the tunnels? I see the replacement strap kits in the accessory catalogs that can be purchased and come with this hardware but was hoping to be able to buy the tunnel attaching hardware separately and not have to spend $31.00 just to get these aluminum knobs/bolts. If so, could you please post part#'s?
