I have a few questions for you guys that have the tean kit. How well has this kit worked for you? Have you found a great clutch setup? How are the belts holding up? Has the clutch heat went away? Thanks Terry
 
166 belt has lasted for me over 800 miles on mine. Temps are way down also. Still trying to get it completely dialed in though.
 
Why are you using the 166 belt and not the 377 belt? Are your rpms still fluctuating and inconsistent ? have you done anything to the Primary?

Ive gota lighter Primary spring and hevier pin weights in my 08 154X and the rpm is still all over the place, sometimes it runs at 7600 wot back off the throttle and pin it again and it runs at 8450 on the rev limiter. I got a new primary bushing on warrenty and it still didn't help. I blew 4 166 belts in 500km and now have 700km on one 377 belt. The belt problems seem to be cured with a stronger belt but the performance could be a lot better. I'm 90% sold on the team kit but still wondering if the fluctuating rpm's are mainly due to the primary. Any input on these clutches are appreciated. Thanks

I am running the 166 because my dealer hasn't gotten any 377's in. I blew four 166's using the QRS in 350 miles and about 900 miles on my current 166 using the team clutch. I don't think the 166 belt is bad at all, I think that the stock QRS was the whole problem.

I have added pin weight to the max. Running on clicker 2 at 5000-9000 ft. There is a small low end stumble though. Not sure if it has anything to do the clutching though.
