Hi all!
Anyone out there with an XP swap from a 154" track to a 163? Other than the track, what else is necessary? I want to do it right with new 163 rails (I don't like using extensions) but will the skid components line up? And what about the tunnel; it looks like you could get away without an extension there... Even better yet, anyone have a track they wanna sell?
Thanks!!! :)

163 rails will doo it--the suspension is the same and bolts in the same place --the 163 just extend behind the mounting holes

Now where is a good place to buy a stock 163 track and some rails? Or should I consider a different track?

either extend or remove the flap---i dont think there will be any overheating problems with the 154 tunnel
