Xp rear suspension sag.

Okay, I hear many guys complaining about rear suspension sag with 08 and 09 xp's. I have to say mine is fine in my opinion. What I want to do is do a video of my sled and post it where all can see and compare if theirs is the same or worse than theirs.

My sled is in for the axle now and should be back by the weekend, so early next week I plan on doing this.

What I will do is focus the camera on the back of the sled with a tape measure shown next to it. Then push down as far as I can and see the hight it returns to on it's own. Next lift the back to max. and see the amount of sag.

My questions are: Where and how is the best place to post this video? I have posted a couple of video's on my company website and some say they can't view them.

Secondly, I want to know if some are worse than others or if people just have different expectations.

Thirdly: I am wondering if it's just the set-up that is different between sleds that are showing different results?

I challenge others to also make their video and post for comparison with notes on spring and limiter strap positions, year and track length.

thanks.

cant do vid but i can do pics with tape measure showing unloaded / loaded (rider) then sag ?

but i dont have to stand on it i can simply push mine down with my hand and it will return a little bit but i can pull up on the bumper and it will raise another 3-4 inchs once it rebounds what it can ..

is that normal ?

Yes please post. It does not need to be a video if pic 1 is pushed down height, 2 is natural return height and 3 is lifted height.

Please also add

track length
year
model
limiter stap position
front skid shock setting, from softest to hardest. e.g 1/4 or 3/4 of threads
rear spring setting number

thanks

ill post the pics tomorrow when i pick up some batteries but i measured 3 inchs from the bumper

My 08 sagged about 3". I just replaced the stockers with some stiffer ones because I'm a bigger guy. It still sags a little but it rides better.
