Xp clutch bushings 600 bucks ?

Aftermarket rollers....$75, '09 Spring cap/bushing $65....main bushing, $15.
$155 and 1 hour labor and you have a new clutch that will last a looooong time.

My rollers were completly shot at 250 miles. Just a little sliver of bushing material left in the rollers. The weight pins were worn from the roller trying to rotate on the weight pin with no more bushing in it.

Blood, I have the same dealer, I just picked mine up from a 5 week repair on the clutch. They warrantied it, They said the total was about $1250 in parts (and that is not replacing everything). I had a broken TRA arm that wiped out the majority of the primary. I am very happy they decided to Warranty it, but am very nervous at 700 miles I had this problem!! My conclusion is to not own a DOO outside of warranty, I can't afford it. These clutches are simply just not cheap. I have also been looking for an Aftermarket primary clutch but have not found any helpfull info on them. Rumor is there is a company that converts POO primaries, but I have yet to find them? Is there any recomendations on Dealers near the Salt Lake area?

CVTech(Adrien Bernard) in QC sells complete clutches minus ramps and a spring for $550 CND. Most dealers have accounts with them. I know when I sent my crank to Cat to get rebuilt they just sent it to CVTech, so you know their stuff is decent if the OEM's are using them.
I haven't had one 07 or 08 denied warranty on any transmission issues yet.(I've put in a couple too)
