XP 800 Vibration

Just bought an XP 10 days ago. Running 19 tooth top gear. It has a terrible vibration that you can feel and hear. (reminds me of my old girl friends Mercury Bobcat at full throttle) Not as noticeable when your full throttle or at idle. I have an O4 rev with no vibration and have a friend with a XP with very little vibrations. I have ran 2 different belts with no change. Love the sled it rocks but vibration sucks. Any Idea out there? Thanks
 
Do a search and you will see that some shake like a jackhammer and some dont. I have been fighting this all year. Between 5000-6000 rpm's is where it is on mine. You name it I have tryed it. Finally got my dealer to admit that it is a crankshaft that is marginal on deflection(.0025 is max and mine is at .002) So I will take it out again this weekend and see if I can get this thing to die. I thoght they to were all like this but after riding some last weekend mine was by far the worst.
 
My XRS started to vibrate last season at 800k prior to a ride to a point I thought it was going to explode, so I loaded it back in the trailer. Mad at missing a ride, thought to H#@$ with it and took it anyways. It made the day, then took it to the shop, they couldn't pin point it and said ride it till she blows. Couple hundred k later, the vibration stopped and the thing pulled better than the others in my group. Rode it till more than 3000k till I sold it.

there is a bushing that goes out behind the primary sheive and massive vibrations and loss rpms. get it replaced, its all warranty work and vibe will stop and back to rippin
 
No ice build up. Wondering how a bushing could go out on a sled with 40 miles on it. My first ride was 40 mile night ride. Did not notice vibration it may have been there but not notice because I was amazed by the power and handling. My second ride is when my hand went numb. Rode this morning same vibration 5500-7000. Convinced that it is coming from motor or primary clutch.
