The pro-Xm debate can rage on. Just make sure not to go ride against someone with a '13 Cat. What I read on the Internet about the poo and doos doesn't show up on the mountain. The cat holds its own and then some. Just what I have seen.

I have rode everything but the 13 cat so I can't compare. If they fixed the steering and if the suspension relocation fixed the trenching problem then they have a legitimate contender. My gripe with the cat, after that, is they have a wide and bulky feel but they actually tip up easier than a pro. The xm weights as much or more but they don't feel like it. I just couldn't believe, coming off a t-m8, that they built a new chassis that added that much weight. I guess they were trying to save money by building a sled that worked for the 8 and 1100. With the pro going lighter, and the m within about 24 pounds of the first pros, I think they went the wrong direction. Hey, i like the xm but I think the 36 inch front end, t-motion, and flex edge track is a bandaid for a chassis problem. It is hard to knock success because it works. At least now, with the xm, People realize how crappy the xps sidehilled. I've been saying that from the beginning but if you told someone that they were mad or said you couldn't ride. Now they can see for themselves.
Polaris's only downfall is their reliability. If people had faith in that there would be 10 times more of them.
All three are pretty good anymore. Ride them all and pick what you like.

I hit a rock with my freeride and rented a pro rmk for half a day, I couldn't wait to get my doo fixed and it's the first time I had it out west. It's also my first doo, I had a 2011 assault so I am very familiar with the pro, but something about the doo just feels better to me.
