X3 Track Issues, thoughts?

Second ride on the X3. Must have caught a stump or something but it tore a lug and a track window. I've never had this happen but i'm worried to run it (easier to stab now even with anti stab?) just wanted opinions on this. Pics aren't great but you can get the idea. Should track windows rip like this? I'm used to track damage just being torn lugs.

I hadn't considered that. Don't know what they cover.

I'd call who you bought it from and ask.

Sorry for the thumbs down, was trying to reply on my phone and hit the wrong button. I don't have pictures, but its the bdx 2 wheel set up. Ran it similiar last season on a 162 x3 and had no issues.
