This hazardous weather outlook is for the western two thirds of
utah and southwest wyoming.

.day one...tonight

clouds will be on the increase tonight.

.days two through seven...saturday through friday

temperatures will turn colder again this weekend and will remain
on the cold side through mid week.

A cold front crossing into northern utah saturday morning will
reach south central utah by late afternoon. Light snowfall can be
expected behind the cold front...with minor accumulations in the
mountains. Snow will linger saturday night in the mountains...and
also on the southeast shore of the great salt lake. Precipitation
will diminish sunday into sunday night.

There is a potential of significant snowfall beginning late sunday
night and lasting into tuesday across southern and portions of
central utah. This system may be cold enough for snow to reach
the lower elevations of far southern utah. In addition...strong
winds reaching 70 mph can be expected in the mountains of utah
monday.

my bet - a few inches, maybe a foot in the hills. back to the weatherman thread:mad:

Don't give up hope yet. It seems when the weathermen really forecast a dump we hardly see much. Then when they say we might not get much, we get a huge dump. Let's just keep hoping for the best.
