wtb/ Drop brackets 4 cat 03/900

I have a set of sled junky drop brackets I just took off to swap the skid, make me an offer.

Ok here is the deal:

I have an older kit which used the bearing out of the OEM idler wheel. That didn't work so well so I replaced it with a larger idler I had leftover from another sled. This worked just fine for me since I had drop brackets which gave me enough room for the track between the larger wheels and the top of the tunnel.

The newer kits have 2 3/4" wheels with bushings. The older kits can be updated to use the new 2 3/4" wheels by buying the wheel kit for $50 (http://www.sledjunkys.com/pages/wheel1.htm).

I'm happy with $60 shipped (basically what you offered with $10 for shipping) however I wanted to make sure you knew that you would either (A) need to use the larger wheels I'll send you which may not fit (B) use the bearings out of the existing idlers like the original kit did or (C) pay another $50 to get the updated bearings from Ron.

Let me know and I'll have them boxed up and out to you first thing monday.

One last thing, Once you get your suspension setup (suck up your limiter slack, light preload on the front spring) these brackets make the sled work much better in the powder. I now have a holz so I've ridden both and would say that the powder riding qualifies of the stock suspension with these brackets is half way between the OEM and the holz, but the holz beats it hands down on the trail and is much lighter.

Anyway, your call, just wanted to make sure you knew exactly what your getting.

I should clarify that I'm talking about the entire holz coil over skid not just their drop brackets. I've not ridden a OEM skid with the holz drop brackets, but would suspect it doesn't work as well as the sled junky brackets because it doesn't progressively back off the drop as the suspension travels.
