WRP Seat vs. Stock

WRP says this seat is same length as 13-15. Who is right. You say it's longer. Not that it's a huge deal. If it's only a lb savings you could just cut the stock seat down. This has a nicer finish though.

Going to take the money I saved and buy that nice Burandt titanium tool set. Tools are the heaviest thing I carry.

save your money and take the seat to a local upholstery shop. take 1'' off the top and 1''off the sides where it flares out. cost me $65 for the same effect.

Love the WRP stock height I have on my 2012 Pro. It is much shorter and a bit narrower and more comfortable than the stocker was.

Thanks, I am a tall guy so don't care for lower seats for the time I need to take a sit break. However, I do like then shorter. The WRP is shorter than the stock 2011-2012 seat and a little narrower than the 2013+ seats which makes it the right combo.

Also, if you look at the distance between the rear of the seat and the support bar you can see that it is shorter but what you don't see is I had to move the support bar forward a little as well. So no doubt it is shorter.

The "Low Profile" seat that I put on is longer then a stock 13 to 15 RMK seat. It's 3" longer and you can even tell in the pics that it's longer.
