Wrist Hurts when Done riding

Warm up is key my buddies always ask me why i am in the truck by myself for 5 minutes before we go out i tell them i have a bad wrist and i have to stretch it properly. Little do they know!!!! lmao just kidding i would stretch it good though.

Stupid

At the end of the day or if I come of a big jump I can feel sharp pains in my wrist. I went to the Bone and Joint place and they told me It's nothing to series just that I need to wear a wrist support when I ride. Question is does anyone else have this problem and if they do what wrist band have you found works the best and doesn't make it hard to put on gloves and hold onto the bars.
GOT NOTHING BETTER TO TALK ABOUT HAVE MOMMY ICE EM DIP SIT:p

My boyfriend broke his right wrist a couple of years ago racing quads, pretty much exploded his wrist joint. He had 4 plates and 10 screws in it and limited movement, he sucks it up now..but for a while he wore a brace that seemed to help. The brace is from CTi, spendy but it works. http://motocross.transworld.net/2006/10/30/product-report-brcti-ots-wrist-bracebr/ Have another friend that did the same injury that has the same brace seems to work well for him too. Otherwise when his wrist gets jolted around while riding, he usually takes a pain subscription for the doctor, meloxicam I think its called?, because regular Advil/ibuprofen doesn't seem to do the trick!

Casey, with my busted up wrist I decided to give up on the wrist braces, you can try riding with the ones I bought. Brace only does so much, if ya jam it hard coming off a corince like you like haha it will still hurt on the landing... let me know

i didnt read the whole thread so im not sure if anyone touched on this, but i would check the angle on your bars. they might be making your wrists go at a funny angle while riding. this is caused by pushing bars forward withouth a double pivot. it was my problem, changed bars and fixed my riding right up.
