wrecked 2013 pro

I would part if out. In this area quality used parts have a better market than new ones

He buys you the new sled, you sell the parts of the wreck. Money is sourced to whatever and no one is out a ton of coin. You save a friendship and no one commits a crime

The guy who wrecked it should give you a fair price for what it was worth prior to crashing it, and he should get to keep the wreckage. only fair way I see it.

X2

I bought a wrecked sled from a guy in that very situation. He borrowed his buddies new sled, 125 miles, and did a bail off with no one on the sled down a hill and t-bone a tree. He bought the sled from the fella he borrwed it from for the cost of a new replacement and kept the wrecked one.

I offered the guy a bit of cash for it and he jump at it. He is still friends with his buddy. He made it right.
