Wow.....

I think if we get snow so we can all ride and spend less time on here then the happiness will be back. I'm about to get the 120 out of the garage and cruise to winter brews house

you need to go ride....

Damn... We need snow bad, there is a bunch of cranky peeps here...:D

You all need to go ride!!! For that matter so do I!!!!:beer;:beer;

All I can say is Winterbrew's customer service is awsome. I bought their stuff, had an issue and they had me bring my sled to them where paul spent an hour and totally went thru my whole clutch system and dialed it in, NO CHARGE! Thanks Paul, awsome service and no I haven't ridden it yet, but it's dumping snow tonight so hopefully this week. Thanks.

There ya go guys a positive, up-beat, non-bashing, infomative post. Hope you all enjoy it! Let-r-snow!

BCR..........

Very cool place.Kind of like old times.:D

Here's my take on this soap opera.

It's a cool place (BCR) as long as you aren't looking for any actual content. Hopefully it will get better as more people join. This whole situation is a lose-lose scenario as far as I'm concerned. There are a lot of snowmobile forums out there. Remember IndyDan's forum? ArcticChat? DooTalk? SnowandMud?The only thing that makes snowest stand out is that there are/were a ton of people that contributed. You were likely to be able to find someone with a similar problem and solution. Snowest is going to kill the one thing that set them apart by reducing membership through fees.

With the number of members on Snowest, I'm shocked that they can't pay for this thing with advertising. There are a ton of smaller forums out there that work through advertising. I hate to break it to Snowest, but their magazine is not good enough to keep me around.......

Regarding the censorship and deleting of posts: how many of you frequent KTMTalk? That is one of the most useful forums that I've ever seen. You can always find the information you need. They are much stricter than Snowest could ever be. I stopped posting much on Snowest, especially the Washington section, becuase it has turned into some sort of sad little popularity contest. It's a challenge to find a thread that doesn't go off on some stupid tangent. To be honest, I haven't followed this thing very closely. Maybe I'm out of line here. Maybe the deletion of posts goes far beyond what it should, but I can't blame someone for trying to cut down some of the garbage that's on here.

couldn't of said it better my self, alot of the people who make the forum a pain are gone so it's looking up. I have never had a post deleted so I guesss I don't understand that complaint

Yes,but a lot of the people that made it great are gone too. I noticed it before I even knew about the drama.

ya but if you go to the other site all they do is complain about here and have fordman graveler show, I hope they are getting paid

I agree 99%, BUT Graveler is on KTM Talk also :D :D :D

It depends on the group. The forums I spend most of my time on, I have been reading over there and not much of this site has been mentioned. I mostly lurk, and it appears most of the people I coversed with are over there now.

To me it sucks, much better to have them all around, even the problem children. I think that is why every forum I am on has an ignore user button.
