That's not necessarily the case either. I bought an 04 rubicon for $2,600 with a clear title from a guy about 4 years ago and I paid tax on that amount, I fixed it and then traded it for $16,000.
Not anymore. Deals like that are a thing of the past. They would base fees on it being a 2004 Rubicon, not what you paid for it.

If you don't have people in the ground where do you get intelligence from? Satellites and drones are only so effective and where will those drones fly out of? They don't have he range to fly from the mainland U.S.
Intelligence happens because of individuals on the ground.
Ron Paul does not think we should be in ANY country. We won't use special forces unless our country is attacked. Ron Paul believes you have to be punched in the face before you can fight back.
