WOT bog after adjusting boost up on EBC?

Anybody know why the sled goes into a terrible bog on WOT, when i adjust the boost on the ebc up?

Sled is 2013 Assault with BD non intercooled kit.
Sled is tuned in with 4psi on the ebc, but it's charging 6psi as the spring in the wastegate cant go lower.
But when i adjust the ebc up to 6 or 7psi, it goes into a terrible bog at wot? Any tips?

if going into the 7-8psi true boost and no secondary injectors, you are probably running out of fuel . with fpr on stock injectors at 8.5 psi , sea level, it is 100% injector duty cycle down here, so on long pulls it would lean out and detonate.....be carefull!!

Got two extra injectors, so duty cycle is no near 100%.

And the bog comes even if i dont change the settings on the fuel controller.

Is it over taching? This will cause a bog, especially if you increased your power output by increasing your boost setpoint and didn't increase your clutch weights...

Over taching? If you mean over revving, then no. Wont reach 7500rpm before it starts to bog.

Too lean then? What is your AFR reading? Are you running the correct octane for the increased boost pressure? Could be your det sensor kicking in and retarding timing?

Have been trying with both 50/50 race gas av premium, and with straight premium. No difference at all. A/F readings are very good before i go into boging, then jump up like it does when only running on one cylinder. No dET lamp, if i turn the boost down again to about 4psi it runs great again. Even if i adjust it from 4psi to 5psi on the ebc it goes into boging, but that dont make scense since the boost cant go under 6psi because of the wastegate cant go lower.

So it's running good with the ebc on 4psi with a reading of 6psi on the boost gauge, but it's boging if i have it on 5psi on the ebc. It should really dont make any difference since i cant go under 6psi.

So you have a 6psi spring in your wastegate, but you are running the ebc at 4psi. So basically you are straight piping your boost reference to your wastegate spring like that. But when you got to 5psi (which shouldn't make a difference) it bogs on top end, correct? Is your actual boost pressure increasing when this occurs? If not, maybe you are having some sort of electrical issue inside your bd box...
But if the boost pressure is going higher than 6psi, maybe check for boost leaks on both the intake and exhaust side. I just recently had a y pipe donut blow out and it would run fine till WOT and full boost, then it would bog like crazy till I let off the throttle. It took me a little bit to figure this out, and I am not totally sure if this is the real issue or not since I am at work for another week and haven't had a chance to repair and ride it. But its something to look at. Are you running your spark plugs gapped correctly? I am running .020 or less gap per silber instructions.

Correct on the first part, and i cant see any increase in boost on 5psi on the ebc, vs. 4psi on the ebc.

Couldnt be a leak since it never reaches higher boost than 6psi which im allready is at.

Boondocker dont recommend any spark plug change or gapping them, so no.

Is this the same sled, that you say runs awesome in the other thread you have?

Yes and it does run awsome, but only when the ebc is at 4psi and the true boost is at 6psi.

Read all the posts and ill think youll understand.
