Worth puttin a 2.5 camo on my 07 rev?

I was wondering if anyone has put a 2.5 camo extreme on their rev chassis. I have the adrenaline model so it has the better track of that year but i'm still wondering if its worth the coin to buy a track, drivers and a drop and roll for the performance I would get out of it. I'm runnin the slp performace package on the 800r engine and it's currently a 151 and i'm not opposed to going longer. Please give me your opinions. Thanks!

I switched from the 151 to the 162 off of the 05 1000 REV. Same track, just longer. Good up grade. Bought the longer rails and bolted it all in. You have to do something with the tunnel tail. Ijust trimmed the pieces off and run a flap in, but the track will rub if it is bottomed right out.

I got the slp performance edition kit on my 07 as well and I went from a 151 to a 162x2.3 and I love it. I bought a set of rails from iceagemfg.com, a 159 tunnel ext. and a longer bumper and I was ready to rock and roll. By the way iceage rails can be ordered for what ever wheel size you want to run, they are pretty sweet and Iceage I found to be really good to deal with. I also found it was pretty easy to sell my track and rails as well. Between buying the track used, and buying the rails and all the other hardware it only costed me a couple hundred for the upgrade. In my opinion it was well worth the upgrade. Pm me if you need help with clutching and gearing.

I have an 07 xrs with the slp kit and a 174 x 2.5. Need 7 tooth drivers. You can get away with a shorter rail extension if you run a 8 or 9" wheel kit and offset axle. Mine
is the 9". Took a little custom work on the wheel kit for my liken but it's all good now.
I had the 162 on it first but the 174 is way better. Put the 162 on wifes sled, helps her a lot. Not stuck much anymore. You won't be dissapointed with a 162.

i'm thinkin about doing a drop and roll kit from spi so i can run bigger drivers and a 2.5. anyone tried this set up? if so, how big of drivers can you run?

I got an 06 with a specialty sleds drop and roll. Running 10t drivers and a 159x2.25. Lots of room, but thinking of going down to 9 tooth. Would love to go to 2.5 lug but havent found the right deal.

Just go with the 8 tooth 2.86 pitch drivers and the new 155 x 16 x 2.5 camo extreme with a 2.86 pitch. You don't need a D & R or rail extensions, just do a 1" setback and a tunnel extension OR drop brackets and your golden.

TracksUSA has everything which makes things easier too.
