I just rebuilt my without taking the pto sheave off
My clutch was really stuck in there
I had to take the side plastics off
than buy the tool to take the jam nut out
the jam nut need to be torque to 200 ft/lbs
this way I didn't damage the crank in anyway
Yeah they gave me that option too yanush, but I figured I better get it taken off so I can hopefully get it all myself next time.
I'll have to start shopping for clutch tools one day. Just can't swallow the ridiculous price for the Polaris tools!
