if you need service or warrenty work done or parts for that matter,,,stay the hell away from water world (new ski-doo dealer in medford) these jackazzes don't have clue on ANYTHING if you sled is not 100% stock don't even think about bringing it in for any warrenty(sp)
was told the only reason they will even do any is because they have to to keep the dealership
they won't do any service work eigther..oh and good luck getting the monkey behind the parts counter to get you the right parts you need,,,had show him how to look the right stuff up

Thats very sad, you would think skidoo would have something to say about that. Of course that would not help at the time you need work done.

Lance at Western Equipment & Supply in Roseburg does a damn good job for Ski-Doo's. Their phone number is 541-673-6331 or get a Polaris and deal with Greg Coen. Just got a sled for the wife today, and he's really good to deal with.

Nothing in Medford for Yamaha either. Naumes got thier sleds pulled from the Dealership. You may be able to get parts but they can't do any warranty work

Conflict of interest?

Wardy.
It seems like there is a conflict of interest in your post.
You list yourself as a "ski-doo tec". And you 2 friends on snowest are RoguePerformance and RotaxPerformance. Are'nt they the old Ski-doo dealer in Medford?
Looks like you are ripping the new dealer 'Water World' because you are upset that you buddy went under!
I have bought 2 boats from water world over the past 12 years, and they are very professional and have always taken care of me!!!
Water World is the best Ski-doo dealer that Medford has ever had.
And they won't go out of business.:)

Sounds like sour grapes! too bad.
