Can’t even go sledding this week because I had to get all four of my stupid wisdom teeth pulled. Sucks real bad!!!

I remember when I got mine pulled a couple years ago a little- sucked major. All I remember is walking in and sitting down until they gave me a drug under my toung. Then I was GONE! Hurt for a few days, but at least I got some hydrocodone.
Who takes drugs haha i just had the Novocaine shot in the gum and all 4 where cut/pulled out while i was 100% with it. Never want to go through that again.

i gotta have mine pulled also. Im procrastinating getting them done though lol. i dont wanna take a day off work and get them pulled.
I know how you guys feel, it totaly sucks !!! Had mine pulled 3 wks. ago 5 huge needles full of freezing Two friggen hands stuck in your mouth plus add in what looked like a gall darn gear puller .6 ft 10 dentist with hands like Hulk Hogan and 2 assistants sitting on your chest like you are a fuggen lazy boy chair, all while they are saying " are you ok dear " . As if a person can say anything when your mouth is loaded up with more crap than a garbage truck Then to top it all up , when you leave they put more rags in your yap than than it takes to change oil in a diesel superior , then you start chewing on your tounge like a rat trying to get out of a leg hold trap Its all better now except for these fuggen holes in my jaw the size of a damn toilet bowl Thank for letting me vent.... Not trying to make you procrasinate longer AkHockey10...

I had a couple pulled at a time. Wasnt the worst experience of my life. Its over now and im glad. The worst part of it all was not bein able 2 eat hard foods for a couple weeks till the skin healed up. The worst part of the whole operation was the feeling of blood runnin down my throat.
I had all 4 of mine pulled last summer. Contrary to how bad others said (I was worried and put it off far too long) it was my extractions went well. Would have no problem doing it again to get rid of those pos teeth.

I had sedation. I remember waking up in a little booth after mine were pulled--asked the nurse "where's my keys, I have to drive back to Jackson"(was in Idaho Falls) she went and found my wife and threatened to call the cops if she saw me get into the driver side.

I got mine pulled a few years back, wasn't to bad. I got into the chair and they said your gonna feel tired and I thought I was jsut going to blink. I blinked alrighty, RIGHT INTO THE RECOVERY ROOM!! Then I told my gf that I wanted to go and she said "Just chill here for a few minutes" I said "I'm a man, I can handle it." I got up to leave and wobbled a few times before I crashed back onto the little cot they had me on. We get into the hallway to leave and the gf says she needed to go to the bathroom, so she props me up against a wall so I don't fall down and takes her leak. When she comes out I'm still proped up against the wall crying my freaking eyes out. She asks me whats wrong and I tell her "I-I-I don't know. I jsut started crying." Then a week later the pain still isn't gone so I call the dentist up and ask whats wrong. He says "you probably have a dry socket, come on in and we'll pack it up again." They packed it up again with that damn clove juice to numb it and I was good to go in 3 weeks. Man that was a pain. The only good thing was the Percocete they gave me. 2 of those and a cold
and I was like wheeeeeeeeeee.
Just don't get a dry socket and it will all be over in a few days.

did the same thing a little over a year ago. my mouth swelled up real big for about a week. I kinda looked like a chipmunk. For me though i didnt think it hurt to bad but thats just me

I must have been lucky. I had mine pulled on a Monday (they knocked me out) and life was back to normal the next day except for having to clean out the holes all the time. I even went camping that weekend! Guess it must depend on the doc. I put off getting my teeth pulled for almost 10 years and I don't think I even took one of the pain pills they gave me.
i was slated to get mine pulled last friday. Called them on Wed said i had to cancell....reason was i went for a 4 day sled trip! Well worth it imo but next friday i guess i'll finally get er done.....unless we get another dump!

I am not proud to admit this but I cried also..cant figure it... was not to bad..but when I was finished I had to walk home the nurse asked me if I was Okay I said I was fine and started balling...LOL.. I chaulk it up to the meds...
It was the wierdest thing..

iam 27 goin on 28 and i only got 2 and there in i grited the pain ill getem out sometime this summer
