Well, not awesome, but it does show you what to expect if you decide to go up there. As always pictures and videos never show how steep the terrain is, and depending on the snow it can be a sketchy ride coming back down, the top is the mellow part.

Ah just when you thought it could not possiably snow again in western wa. and leave powder snow mother nature surprizes you again.
Got a feeling this will cost me,if the weater forcast is correct and local favorite area in the 4400 to 6000+ ft level from today (3-19-2013 until fri 3-22-2013) we are suppose to have 13 to 27 more inches of powder fall in western washington, unbievable plus the powder that fell since last sat/sun looks like i will be playing hookie from work fri with a few guys and screw up as much powder as i can with my xp 163 (since my xm154 is still a bit screwed up from last time i took off a day off mid week)before the crowd (and us show up again sat) to screw up more powder as i got a feeling this might be the last powder we see in western wash in awhile.
I will even bring an extra couple 3 gals of fuel for it to wear myself out enjoy the screwed up snow sat morning western washington...lol.

It is really over now.

well maybe 2-4 inches more snow up around 4400 ft and above fri/sat 4/4/13- 4/5/13 looks like spring riding/snowcone season has arrived (shirtsleeve weather) from here until snow melts (usually june 1st last ride). but been a strange year maybe a few more feet of snow to keep it around a bit longer not ready to put the sleds away just yet and still have to make the yearly lonesome lake run also.:face-icon-small-hap

yep you should all go put your sleds away its over....

"THE EUROPEAN MODEL BRINGS ANOTHER DEEPER UPPER LOW ACROSS THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST SUNDAY...WHICH WOULD MEAN A FAIRLY DECENT SPRING SNOWFALL IN THE MOUNTAINS WITH THE SNOW LEVEL AROUND 3000 FT."

Its dry as hell east of the mtns and no snow. Areas that are usually muddy mucky messes are dry dirt.

The Forest Circus will be busy this summer guaranteed.
