apparently you have your PM box set to not recieve, I couldnt reply to your PM so here is my reply on the trailing arms

Thx for the kudo's on my sled.

The trailing arms, I acctually used my old spindl tubes from the stock arms on my first build of them. But for these ones, I had some machined. They are made form 3/8" sched 80 pipe. The pipe is pretty strong for most riding. went all last year without a hitch. occasionally they would bend a little, and you just bend them back. But about a month ago, I was trying to get up into the Mtns. Very little snow. I bent them pretty good. So, I re-inforced them with a piece of angle iron running down on the sled side of the trailing arms. Fully welded down the length of the arm. Havn't bent them since. The main reason I built them, well, is cause I am cheap, but also, the shocks on the front, they are 18" long. I raised the upper shock mounts as well as lowered the mount in the trailing arm a little to get the suspension geometry I wanted.

I am looking for some chrome moly and might try making another set with that too. Just because LOL
