Wild ride on the sled today (pics)

Finally made it to the cabin for some riding with the parents.

Comeing back I was ditchbanging in 2 feet of snow and catwalking through a 4 foot 10 foot long drift ski staight in the air then BOOM! *** end came up and over and i couldn't stop it. Sled through me off and all I felt was the track paddles smacking my hand. FEEEEUUUCK!

Hurt so damn back I though I broke my thumb.

Mom comes over screaming. She seen it happen. Said the sled flipped end over end twice and the rear just about came down on me.

This was definatly the scariest crash I have been in and the first!

Keep er safe out there.

Sled is fine and my hand is alittle sore otherwise good to go.

Nope I though it was going to be toast again, because this was the first trail ride with the new one. After hitting a stump with the left ski once earlier in the day and smoking this stump and flipping, I thought I was going to be replacing it again.

But it is still straight, I looked it over pretty good.

And honestly the front end didn't touch the stump as the sled was vertical when I hit the stump. And the front end darted into about a 4 foot deep thing of powder. That is why my landing was soft as well.

This is got to be the worst accident I've heard in a long time. First somebody wrecks their sled, and a nun comes to aid the sledder out, and now she's been been killed!!! Oh the humanity!! When is it ever going to end? All I know is somebody is definately going to he!! over this one RIP
