Why Snow Check?

I'm looking to snow check for the first time and I know that with snow checking you get your choice of color and guarantee that your getting a sled. However, what are the other advatages to snow checking that you can't get with purchasing in the fall? Are the two or four year warranties options only available with the snow check? Just don't want to walk into the dealer in October & November and find baically the same sled and offers for a lower cost.

Yes the only way to get the 4 year warranty is to snowcheck. So if you are considering purchasing a Pro I would snowcheck for sure.

You also get limited edition graphics and things like that. I know Rexburg Motor Sports has a site specifically called SnowCheckDirect (google it) that has all the details. I think they are down to a few final days.

I think you can buy a 4 year warranty in the fall but it cost about $1400 so not many people do it.

Depending on the dealer you can usually get a better deal during snowcheck as well. Plus limited editions and a four year warranty.

It all depends whether or not you are willing to commit $500 6 months before the ownership event. I do it to kinda help me focus on making sure it happens.

I agree that you can negotiate a way better price by snowchecking as the dealer does not have the $$$ costs of flooring a sled. Really no risk for them so some dealers are happy just to make a few hundred bucks above cost. Add in the warranty and the 0% financing and you've got a good deal.

DO you have to do the financing paperwork at time of sno check?

With arctic cat if you wanted the no interest financing you had to do it when you put your 500 down, and if you wanted the standard financing you did that when you picked up the sled! I choose to just pay it off when i pick it up in the fall.

Looks like you question has been answered pretty well already. Limited graphics,4 yr warranty and cheaper prices. It was cheaper for me to snowcheck a 2012 then to buy a holdover 2011, some snowcheck guys are getting over $1500 off the msrp price. You probably wont see that on a showroom sled come fall.

Pretty much what everyone else said. I snow checked a 136 switchback pro retro, 2 years warranty, $1000 in accessories, (i told them what i want and they will install all the parts), and 1year no inst/and payments. So i have 19 months to pay for the sled(from time I snow check plus 12months) with no finiancing fees thats what I like and it cost $13335.00 CAN.

Cost to me by waiting until last fall vs. spring was about $500 bones, same sled, same warranty. I think it can be easily argued that Poo has the best snowcheck program right now, unless you are jones'in for a Nytro turbo. See the biggest discount prices in spring on the non-etec doo carryovers. FWIW.

Guarantees me that I'm getting the sled I want, from the DEALER I want! Also, couple extra perks as mentioned above.
