Why do people not post a price when selling??

Location should be a required field when placing a classified ad. It should be in the title. I don't know how much time I've wasted looking at stuff that's 900 miles out of my way. I basically skip ads that don't have a price too, unless it's EXACTLY what I'm looking for and it includes the location.

There are times that I don't put the price. I also ask people to PM me not call I dont give out my number unless asked. The price is the same for everybody. I only do this if it is a new item becuase I don't want to get nailed with MAP(Mfg advertised price) policies.

crazy to me not to list asking price and provide detailed contact information. Photos and general description of item for sale along with any damage even if only cosmetic or modifications to its original condition is helpful. Why selling is also important too.

Some times you see guys doing this........."not sure I want to sell, just checking if any interest".......that's insane too.

I hate when people give short or vague descriptions.
They'll list what it is and all they'll say is "I've had no problems with it"
Then they have one picture.
We all know almost any used sled has a dent, bend, or crack somewhere. Those are the things I want to know about more than anything. Don't leave out the bad. It set's the buyer up for disappointment.
Oh yeah, and I don't bother with stuff that doesn't have a price. PITA!
