WHY DID THIS HAPPEN(look at pic)

I was riding yesterday and my track popped off, I'm assuming this is why, do these bolts loosen up gradually or do you think something else could of been causing this? I was getting some ratching if i hit the the throttle hard also.
I posted a pic attachment

The bolt in the picture shouldn't have come out. Must not have been locktighted. The track ratcheting can be fixed by tightening the track. The bolts at the back end of the slide rails. Sounds like you need an owners manual.

What do you mean "the track popped off"? The track can't come off until the driveshaft is removed. The track was ratcheting because it was loose(the front of the rails weren't putting any tension on it). Did that bolt back out or break? If it backed out, use some lock tight when you re-install.

Replace the bolt first, then check track tension. The track was ratcheting because the the skid spring pushed the track from the drivers with that bolt out. Track tension may be fine.
