Why cant I get the Ski's off!!!

Now I dont feel so bad.

Took it to the sled shop just outside revelstoke (nice "backyard" place, very helpful people, cheaptoo) and they got it off for me.

They ended up cutting the ski off to get to the rusty parts so now I dont feel like an idiot not being able to get this off myself.

Woulda felt bad selling those old C&A Pro pieces of %^& anyway (no offence C&A). The new skis (Just M Series Stockers) are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better in the powder and even on the trail. Buggered if I know what these old skis were supposed to be good for, maybe they are stiff flat "highmarking" type skis ??? if they even exist. From the website they look like their trail skis but I dont know why someone would put trail skis on a sled fully modded for steep and deep.

Who knows, maybe you can tell me from the pic

Lotsa people like the C&A's for their handling characteristics. On the trail they can almost be overwhelming(depending on model) They don't float like a pair of Simmons or Powder Pro's, but I like them on my Rev, very positive feel and work decent in the powder. I wanted more bite in all conditions without the ill effects some skis have in certain types of snow.
