Made my own. Got some scape 1/8 " ABS at a local plastics wholesale store and some vinyl covered polyester mesh like they use for sunscreens and awnings. That and a can of ABS cement and I have enough supplies to do two sleds for about 25 dollars. Kinda rewarding to make your own. I was able to get about 10 different color options in the mesh also.
Whos vent kits are you guys using.

Run 2 cools on 3 of my sleds awesome product and price,and customer service, this year thought would try others. Gave Fastlanes a try along with their lightweight alum bushing kits,resistor kit,hood strap kit,billet axle adjusters,billet offset axle, and their mini vents. All awesome products,great price and customer service from them is excellent. Have now added their products to 3 other sleds after using their stuff on mine with success. So I would not hesitste to recommend their stuff either to anyone,Give Troy as Call at Fastlane he will hook you up and have you leaving a very happy customer.

what is 2cools website guys? Thanks for all of the opinions and options. Im still debating on making my own but i would like to look at all of my options. what do people think of the BDX vents? Anyone running them? They are pretty cheap just wondering on the quality...

anyone using the black diamond ones? also what do the 2cools cost? there website says to call but im at work 95% of the time that the are open
2Cool vents are the best ones for that style of vent. If you really want to ditch the heat get the boondocker gill vents.
Side vents
I bought the fast lane side vent kit. Not bad for the price and it has held up realy good. Happy with the product. For the time and energy it takes to build your own you could probly buy a couple sets from fast lane. Have to take in to concideration what your time is worth. Some kits are just better off getting from a retailor.
