Who owns a groomer?????????????

OK, I've *****ed about this before, but the snow is falling and Mt Baker's trail up sucks. I will be the first one to to come up with $100 to start a late season groomed trail. Saturday morning (3/28) others can pitch in for fuel and time. Is this too much to ask for?? Come on someone has to be willing to do this. I'm sure some of us will pay for someone else's time and help out if any.

??????????????

I understand what you are trying to accomplish but this would actually be detrimental in the long run. I think that your money would be better spent with the WSSA in trying to get more grooming money. When dealing with the government it is not as cut and dry as just taking up a fund at the trailhead. For those that will read this post, call WSSA and see what you can do to help get more grooming money. It will take some time but the long term will be worth it.

With all this new snow the trail wont be so bad.It was not really all that bad last weekend except where some idiot tried to take his truck up the first part of the trail.:(

It will prob get groomed next weekend for the shootout and hopefully the day after the shootout. It would be a great time to donate to the club and mabie if they get enough it can be groomed a few more times this year.:)

OK.......

Talk to Mike (NWGC) and he willing to take donations strictly for grooming. We're looking at $1000 a day to groom. If everyone pitches in what ever they can afford, you never know we might have a continuous smooth trail soon. So I'm not asking for you to skip your morning latte, but don't get a cookie with it and donate the few extra bucks. Everyone can tag there name to the donations and one: get it back if NWGC does not raise enough money to groom or two: roll it over to next years grooming.

Again, I'm throwing in the first $100.00 and sure there are a few of you that can throw in a few dollars too.:)

the trails where not that bad at baker on saturday ive defenetly rode worse this is just how it is in the spring at least there is a snow this late if people want the grooming to change go to the groomer meetings personally i am not going to complain we're still riding
