KAWGRN, IMHO, you have been right all along. Harmonics is the ghost in the machine.
As of the last few years I think the OE's have been in the quest to lighten things up and seemed to have lost what the older engineers had figured out. The old days we didn't see this issue with BB twins, even 1150's. Also a poor QC from TEAM (who we all know makes the AC and POO units)
Winter Brew has seen my 05 M7 BB 800 run all season with the FTX P85 conversion and even though it ate and exhaust spring, machined to accept old skool Heel Clickers (in other words HAMMERED) she has no unusual wear. About what you would expect from a hard season on a Poo clutch. Now I would suspect he wants to put a Cat 800 with a P85 and team combo in his Erect???? It's OK Paul, don't be afraid of the cat, it does sense fear though.....
